Smapi 1.9, 10 beta doesn't work for me

Whenever I click the file in my file explorer I run as administrator and the loading phase doesn't go past the black box. here's all it says in there,

Then it stops working. Please help!

 

dont use the beta, it is for SDV beta, not release.

 

Okay, I did try 1.8 but it didn't load either unfortunately

follow the proper install instructions.
