RELEASED Edited spouse rooms! :3

Hey Stardew Valley-Lovers!

I never cared about my spouses room, but since there is a new house update (SV 1.1) I thought my wifu' need a updated room too!

I tried to make the rooms a little more comfortable and personified.
So penny for example love books and kids - thats why it looks a little more childish.
& i really hated this damn alex room, so I tried my best to keep his special, personified stuff but also make it less pretentious.

• Cleaned shane's room,
• added a spinningbarn for emily,
• new background for sebi + keyboard,
• new background for sam,

• removed sebi's 'bong' & replaced it with a plant
• removed penny's toys
• removed leah's peach-table

• Penny & leah from ''SpouseRooms3''
• Shane, Emily, & sam from ''SpouseRooms2''
• All other ones from ''SpouseRooms1''

How to install:

Just replace the new file with the old one in this folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\Content\Maps

But remember to backup your files for every mod you use!

*screeches* omg these are amazing! And and I have two requests, but they're small. I just hate the stone look of Seb and Sam's rooms, is there a way to make them maybe wood instead? Or Seb's maybe a dark wallpaper instead of the stone? Still the same color scheme, just not stone. I super super super love Abigail and Haley's changes, omg their wallpaper was awful! And adding seating into the room with none, that's great too, makes it feel really more like their own little space where they can sit and do whatever but it still fits their personality and even matches their space pre-marriage better (I want a room like Elliot's in real life). Also, since I've seen it in other spouse room threads, I bet you're going to get a request about cleaning up Shane's room (seriously why does he have to trash his room, that's so rude )

I dont like dirty rooms too, but its a personality from shane so i kept it. But if there are someone who want a clean shane room I would make it too

 

Yay! omg I can't wait! I dislike Shane, he's so rude even after a few hearts, so it's a non-issue for me, it just occurred to me as I was flailing over all the rooms, cause seriously they're so good!

These are awesome! All of them look so much better now. Great work!

 

These look really nice, much less of an eyesore on some of them too. lol For Seb's room, I'd love for his keyboard to be in there, if you ever decide to mess with it anymore. Maybe in the bottom right corner where that can (or whatever that is) is sitting.

Why does the download come as an .exe file? Sorry, I'm fairly new to modding SDV, but this seems a bit weird...

 

Dont know what youre downloading, but my file is packed into .rar & inside is an .xnb file..^^

 

When I first went to the download page, the whole thing was in German, and there were two download links- I clicked the bigger one (of course, there was no English text to explain to me what I was actually clicking on!) and when I extracted the spouseRooms.rar, it had an .exe. I deleted it all without installing, obviously! My mistake, but the site itself seems a bit sketchy...so in case anyone else has the same issue: only click the download link on the right hand side of the page.

Anyway, thank you for the spouse rooms! I love Elliott's. Always wanted a desk in there

 

I can read a bit german, it says 'to download click here:' on the top and then it seems as though it refers to the left download button, but that one is spam. So the text placement is misleading. The right one is the correct one indeed.
On the bottom it says 'the user who uploaded this file is responsible for the published content'

Im not new in the modding branche but i never uploaded files for someone else. So if you guys can tell me good & easy sides for it it would help me alot!
