Mod is now standalone.
You can buy items at Back Things Table.
Available to buy for 200 pixels at Crafting Table.

 

Looks Good. What version of Starbound is this mod compatible with? A pet or robot that would help you fight would be cool. Maybe a Mobile Turret that shot something? A monkey on your back that threw bananas at hostile mobs? Don't know if this is possible, but it would be awesome.

 

My mods are always up to date. So Glad Giraffe in this moment. Active pet is being working on by the devs I believe on nightly build.

 

can you add the novakid pet because i think it would be so cute

Aw I remember when this mod came out c: I loved it! since we have pets... think you could add the Fennix to the critter table? as much as I like the pet itself they are as useful as a fifth wheel on a cart.

 

Yes, i will add Fennix and other creatures, if they fit into back item frame size For now I just wanted to make it work with 1.0 version.

 

gotcha c: the fennix is a BIT bigger than the bunny! which is my favourite. I hope it will work, but if not thats all right!

 

Game crashed whenever selecting some items like Sphere Probe & Orochi Drone, it gives me:

ERROR
Exception caught in client main-loop
(StatusEffectDatabaseException) No such unique stat effect 'energyregen480'

Tested on Stable 1.0

I looked into files. Lines for energy regenerations are already changed to ones from 1.0. I do not know why you are getting this error.

 

Sorry to say but even my game crashes when I select the 'Orochi Drone' and the 'Sphere Probe'. ><

Crashes the exe entirely without showing an error.

Will there be variations of the critters? Like a brown bunny? Could you also do variations of other pets that aren't necessarily critters like dogs and cats? I love this mod idea and can't wait to try it out!
