Closed Starbound not updated ?

When i launch starbound the News Tab launch's and i see all the new cool updates what look fun to get my hands on xD But then when I go onto the game there not there ? For example the newest update broung out a Target Highlight in the options which when i went to check it out in the options it wasnt an option for me ? I mean whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyYyyYyYYYYyyyYyyY , Ive re-downloaded my game now and still no updates so i dont know is that all just for the update coming out and im being stupid or is it already out ?! idek D,;

 

How can we acces this beta ?

 

Right click Starbound - Unstable in your steam library, click Properties, go to the Betas tab, and opt in to the Nightly beta.
