Art: Backstory: her sister was content with hunting animals, but their mother's work inspired her to hunt bigger game. That of other sapients. The hitman business was what appealed to her most, and one day followed her mother to where she worked. Never even noticed until someone pulled her out from her hiding place. Rather than scolding her for biting off the startled man's fingers, she congratulated her and got her a soda. That is where she started her career, and it had only gone uphill since then. At least, until the invasion of the miniknog. She and her twin sister both signed up for the military. Her sister becoming scout marksman for civil saboteurs, and herself becoming a political assassin. She was very upset when her sister never came home after the war. When they found her, even she was nearly killed in her bloodlust for survival. She hated doing it, but she had her sent off planet to a psych ward. With some talking, she came to the agreement that Sleirie would spend her five year war-crime sentence there, while she herself would be sent to the same hospital to work as a security guard. While her sister's sanity trickled back into existence, she climbed the ranks to be the warden's personal bodyguard. But when her sister managed to break out, she did not stand in her way when she pulled the trigger on him. Later, she was sent after her to deal with her. Instead, she got her slate cleaned and wiped. She changed got her name changed to Keissa Tolidiur, and quickly grew to become "fast friends". As for Slēirie Sīndiur... Her body was never found, and the hit was complete. Positive Traits: Convincing. Elsra is a professional hitwoman and assasin. She knows how to act and look the part of whatever she needs to be. Be that a receptionist, prostitute, partygoer, or just a cold blooded killer. Keen eyed. Elsra's skill in hand-to-hand combat and fencing is unmatched, as is her shot with any firearm at mid to close range. She is very good a noticing any and all out of place details. Sneaky. She's very good at being hidden, more so than her sister's eagle eyes have been able to see sometimes. Negative Traits: Introvert: as good as she is at pretending she's a conversationalist, she's not really comfortable with being around other people for extended periods of time Not good with animals: animals seem to hate her all of the time. Tiq is the only one she's met that likes her, and only after much time trying to get to know eachother. "I think it's right": if there's something she doesn't feel comfortable doing, she won't do it. If something doesn't sit right with her, she'll suspect it. And if she thinks it's the right thing to do, then she will do it. Uneducated: much like her sister, she's not really that best with book smarts. When being a scientist, she mostly BS's her way through everything, which actually has worked out quite well in the past. Determined: if something needs to get done, then she will do it. Nothing personal will get in the way. If something must be done, she will risk all she can to get it done. The lives of others do not matter to her. She will get the job done. He is usually wearing some sort of body armor, usually simple ballistic vests, Even seen hauling spares.His mindset is strangely different in his armor and out, his armor acts as a powerful (Almost) bulletproof suit, with minor enhancements in the shape of a kinetic reduction systems, a recoil reduction system to steady his shot, everything else is geared towards defense. His armor is extremely bulky, very heavily armoured, and extremely slow, meant to take a bullet instead of dodging it. He is usually equipped with a large, heavy, LMG fitted with a chainsaw like grip and forehandle, meant to only fire literally "from the hip" but carries a large enough magazine of tracer bullets that he needs only to guide the streak of bullets from target to target. His armor is also is fitted with a "backpack" although it would be better to describe it as a steel plated box with straps, allowing him to carry a decent amount of items, although he usually just tosses a bit of everything in there, literally having to fish around and just see if he grabbed the right thing. *Luck test to find the correct ammo or armor maybe?* His armor is Bulky, heavy, padded, a veritable human tank, with a crate of a backpack, equipped with a large hip fired 75 round chaingun, and a secondary of a high caliber revolver, this suit is a visual mix of alloy plating and complex mesh patterns. Often carrying 2 extra magazines for the LMG and 6 sets of ammo for the handgun, the armor boosts stability of shot through recoil reduction and strengthening of the body, and minor reduction of kinetic damage. When in this suit he wishes to be the one to lead the charge, taking the brunt of the offense. Detailed in Beige with bright red pinstripe work. Backstory: He just wishes to honor his father, he answered the questions, said the right names, kissed the right asses, wove the right tales to make his father shine in the kindest light. But somewhere along the line he unknowingly signed himself into a war over what? He didn't know. But...he did get to pull some strings and although it isn't the way his father did things, that bigass suit of armor would have done his dad proud..and he even hears talk of another person named Stone..brother or not..never hurt to be on the side of kin...even if it is work as a hired mercenary Faction: White Cross Traits: Positive: Prodigal son: His father's reputation exceeds him, and those who know a bit about the military will likely know both him and his father. Not only that, but she does poorly in cold climates. -Curiosity Rover: She's rather curious of everything, perhaps a bit too much for her- or others'- well being. Backstory: Bevery, like many scientists, was stuck on an outpost in a planet with sub-zero temperatures for studying. When an adventurer passed by her one day, she came to realize that being locked away wasn't the life for her. Managing to hitch a ride to an Outpost, there she met a pirate. Playing coy with him, she used him to steal his ship and begin her own adventure, starting her new job. She built a robot for her to use it's technology on, and attached the xenobiological technology to his arm. Due to it's nature, it grew over his arm, much like the original hosts. Overall, he has yet to say a word to her, and she wonders if Veno's personality is still retained in the arm that she severed. His fur is a snow white, and regularly wears a standard issue peacekeeper greatcoat, with the insignia removed. Positive traits: -Sharp Eyed: As an investigator, he has learned to keep and eye out for the small details. -Extra Hands: He has a extra pair of arms, normally kept tucked under his coat. They are smaller and weaker than his regular arms. -Combat Capable: He has dealt with a fair share of trouble, and is always ready for it; though he prefers to use non-lethal methods should the situation permit it. He still carries his old service pistol. Negative traits: -Fugitive: He is currently on the run from the Peacekeepers, no doubt with a bounty on his head after the ‘incident’. -Unlucky: Nothing ever seems to go his way, and if he was a superstitious person, he would assume he was cursed. Backstory: Sergei was an investigator for the Peglaci Peacekeeping forces, usually sent ahead to inspect situations before the Peacekeepers committed a task force to deal with the situation in question. However, due to a ‘series of events’ that could best be described as ‘criminal incompetence’ on the part of some of the higher ups- misinterpreted reports, misallocated forces, etc; the resulting debacle caused the deaths of an entire squad of Peacekeepers, raising the question of some problem with the system. Unfortunately for Sergei, he was chosen as the fall guy, since it was his report that started the chain of events; it was seen as impossible that one of the higher ups would be at fault! Seeing that he would not be getting a fair trial, Sergei decided to cut his losses and escape. When he received the invitation to Cerci, he simply saw it as another port to hide from the authorities. Under the armour his plumage is grey with red highlights, and his ‘wing’ feathers have been trimmed to prevent them from being caught on anything. He wears a sword at his side, a large two-handed blade with a curve to it, oddly it seems to be of human make rather than a typical avali weapon. Though they regularly relocated from system to system, clan Aalto’s reputation eventually caught up to them; before long, they ran afoul of a Peacekeeper task force. Outgunned and outnumbered, the majority of the fleet was wiped out, including the Unrelenting; Sulevi was able to escape before his ship’s destruction, but with his clan scattered, he was doomed to wander, looking for any survivors. After years of fruitless searching, Sulevi had given up hope. Assuming his clan was no more, he discarded his old name, feeling it no longer had meaning; and he adopted the name ’Surge’.
