I knew it's an anime..and I was right!

 

i have made a few general nuclears but i have actually never draw the hole body on this version, i'm useing the colors from the original general nuclear that i haven't showed on this forum, only one problem the original general nuclear had his uniform painted on, and had a lot of glowing splits and cracks where the joints to his arms and legs and neck where showing with a green glow on the inside and cables such etc so i'm not sure how i should make him now also he had a nuke on his back and some thick metal shoulder pads with a big radioactive symbol on them
