What's a DTPAY you ask? Well, it's a good time, for one, but more to the point, it stands for: Draw The Person Above You A few of you may already be pretty familiar with how these work, but for those of you who aren't, the requirements for participation are simply that you can draw (and I've seen a goodly amount of art posts on here, so I know we've got at least a few people.) Your art level doesn't matter (assuming you're not going to pull stick figures on us) and can range anywhere from hobbyist to professional-- it doesn't matter. What does matter is that you enjoy the process. These types of threads are a good way to practice, wind down and stretch your artistic legs without the pressure of having money involved! So, once more for those looking for bolder visual cues: Must be at the very least, a hobbyist artist (no stick figures here.) There is no level of completion required, the piece is done when you feel done! When providing your farmer, give sprites and a decent little blurb for your artist to work with! The 'person above you' refers to the poster above your own. I don't want to offer mine first so, whoever replies to this thread first will be the first contestant, the person under them will then be responsible for their farmer and so on and so forth! For the sake of setting an example of a character style post, the below is provided for reference's sake. This is just an example, I will not be going first! Originally born with chestnut brown hair but dyed it red during highschool (she dyed it so much it permanently remained red), eye color is blue. Favorite color is orange. Adrian smokes and has a rather fiery temper. This temper eventually landed her in Pelican Town.

Here you go! Sorry the anatomy is kinda wonky, haha... Really like the explorer concept! Here's my farmer, her name's Aureli and she's pretty easily distracted, often spacing out and overwatering her plants and what not. Overall if a very kind soul, but often accidentally puts her foot in her mouth, if you get what I mean (please note she does have a left hand i am just really fucking lazy)

He's somewhat of a tinkerer, he uses his wits to farm rather than strength and if it weren't for sprinklers and auto feeders, he probably wouldn't find himself getting nearly as far. He's always trying to find a way to make his farming life more convenient if he can help it. When working, he sports a worn baggy over sized flannel on top of a grey T-shirt. Dark blue denim and dark work boots. <: He tends to be easy going and a real push over in personality.

man my art is like shit compared to everyone else haha but here you go heres my farmer if anyone wants to draw her: Shes a fisherman who spends most of her time by the ocean, she always has her top-of-the-line fishing pole with her. EDIT: you can draw her either human or as a calico cat because im furry trash
