Oliver looks paranoid.
"Harold, we need to be focusing on how we'll get out of this situation..."

 

There are definitely guards outside...

"But hey, at least you get a slow and painful death by fire rather than a swift bullet to the brain! Oh wait..."

There are a few off-on switches... Laser, Missile, Plasma, and display.

Kill him... He's a liability... You cannot save him and yourself...
"save your breath for the screaming you'll be doing later..."

Harold ignores the voice in his head and looks around, listening to Oliver's advice. Was there anything he could use...?

 

He flips the display switch to on.

 

Your hands are completely immobile... as is everything past your shoulders... Besides, the mini-cell is totally empty...

A small green holographic display appears in front of you...

(Don't question the score thing)

Looks pretty dang old...

Harold and Oliver sigh, and wait to reach their destination.

 

" Hey guards....Can I go ahead get this "slow, painful, execution " started? "

 

You pass a burnt farm that looks to have been the remnants of a total massacre, bodies scattered like insects upon the dust, ash, and blood...

"You deserve punishment traitor, but you had the will to serve the Blaze initially... The misguided can always be led back onto the path of righteousness... Hybrid trash like him deserve fates worse than what we have planned..."

 

'Hrmm. This is pretty dang old.' He looks at the toggles, trying to determine if it would shoot the listed weapon or just arm them.

 

{ Allestar spits at the guard }

" If righteousness is killing innocent people, I wish to be a demon. "

 

By the looks of a small masking tape label reading RM, they just arm the weapons... You spot the trigger in the darkness...

Seems to have been jimmied on... The masking tape labels look to have mostly faded or peeled off, so you have no clue what those switches or buttons do...

your parched throat barely conjures any spit, so you just sort of do an awkward raspberry... "Remember, there is no innocent in the eyes of the pure... I'm pretty sure you were the one that taught many of us that Allestar..."

Harold glares, angered at the guards.
"Was this really necessary? You could've always asked politely."

 

"If you thought you were just, than you can think that again... Why spend all of these resources protecting the undeserving, when it should be spent purging the galaxy of the weak?"

"Asked them to have never been born as the simpleton savages they were? We did, and some complied... Lessening the workload for us..."

The helmeted guard looks like he's about to reply, but says nothing... The other guard replies "It is our solemn cosmic duty to ensure the survival of the fittest... If the others can't survive, then we don't let the dead weights drag us down..."
