"Visitors?"

 

"If anyone responds to the message, I can almost guarantee it'll be the slavers."

 

Avel continues to look around the room before deciding to ask grey something.
"I forgot to ask this but...might I know what your name is sir?"

 

"Ha! Sir? I don't deserve such formalities. My name's Greg Grey, what about you?"

 

"Avel..."

 

Grey took off his overcoat and fedora, resting them on the couch. The jar he tucked away in the brown box. He turned back to Avel with a flourish. "Welcome aboard the S.S. Escape Pod!"

 

"Hm....mind if I ask one more question?"

 

"Sure thing."

 

"I'm gonna go hide the journal back on the surface before our visitors come..." Unik looks around. "Wait, where is it?"

 

"Didn't we leave it behind?"

 

Unik leaves the cockpit to look for the journal, forgetting where he left it.

 

"Would you mind if we try to look for my friend? I've been searching for the last couple of months for her."

 

"Sure thing, who is this friend? What's their name?"

 

"Well, she is an avian like me..."

 

"I see, who are they?"

 

"Erm...she goes by the name Zeta...I'm pretty sure she is in this system we are in."

 

Grey's blood runs cold, and his heart skips a beat. "What.... Does she look like?"

 

"Well, for starters...she has red feathers."

 

Grey carefully walks up to Avel. "Why don't you.... take a seat for this." He gestures to the couch.

 

"W-Why?"
