    I get the same stack of errors about not being able to find assets sometimes when loading a character on single player with this modpack. Simply deleting them and reinstalling the mods works for me.

    Those errors will happen but they're not game-breaking (like the can't find item etc; it actually does it just has to do with how its named)

    I would consider the error in question to be Semi-Game Breaking due to it eventually crashing on character load, at which point the error becomes consistent/recurring untill you wipe the mods and reinstall them. However it doesn't happen/start doing that every time you load a character, thus I feel despite this it's a good modpack so far, and while I haven't grabbed this new updated one, I trust it to be good as well.

    Unless you're playing as one (or in the case of multiplayer, someone else is), you're not going to find them anywhere. I'm working to try and change that, as I'm working on microdungeons and getting some lore entries in place when I have the time and energy.

    I was considering switching to the nightly build because of all the new stuff (namely the ever-so-fitting staves) and asked in my mod's discussion thread what people thought--but no one answered. I'd feel kinda bad leaving y'all with an incomplete mod, though, so it looks like I've got some initiative to keep going with this version.

    I greatly appreciate any feedback; I can easily say that even in these early stages of development, I get more satisfaction working on these little guys than I do at my actual job X3.

    Update: It seems the new modpack update corrupted all of my character, perfect. :down:

    I'm unable to recreate this anymore, I had that happen once where it wouldn't load any characters or mods; I wonder what mod it is causing that..

    Next time that happens (keep restarting the game it'll eventually load) please Pastebin your entire log.

    We may just end up reverting to the old modpack if this one is going to keep causing these issues.

    Also the server hung up; it's a bug we haven't found yet but are looking for. It's been restarted.

    Actaully, how many times have you booted up your Starbound since that error, Aku? It logs up to the last 5 launches (and crashes if applicable)

    Currently it seems like it's impossible to register any new names? My friend has tried four different names that would be really hard for someone else to choose, and I've tried a few as well, and it's currently saying that all of the names are taken. I really really doubt we've managed to claim every name out there already so uh

    ^Aforementioned friend here.

    As of now, I've tried six names now, including a purely numerical name. The error (I'm assuming it's an error) is persisting.

    If it helps, this only occurs when I log in with my previously registered account on the server. If I join with the character without my login information, I get no error message. I just can't link that name with my account.

    I just checked - this isn't happening with characters I've linked with my account previously.

    Yea something of the new pack gives me errors too. I tried just now.. and on a world load it instantly crashes the game.

    I can't get back on the server, either. Got the "Join failed! Timeout while establishing connection" error for about 20 minutes now, so I'd assume the server's down. I'll try again in another 20 minutes, just in case.

    Edit: The website says the server's offline.

    (Edit, 3 hours since last post.) I cannot connect to the server still, could this be the case of the modpack or a error in the server? :cancel:
