Listen. I'm not trying to push morals on you or anything. I'm not saying that something being defined as NSFW makes it bad. I'm saying that by the definition of NSFW, these things are NSFW. You would not want to be viewing blood and gore related things in your workplace/school. It would be grounds for firing/detention.
And for the thing about anime, I concede. I was generalizing the ones that have been popular among people on the thread (FMA, Kill La Kill, etc) as being NSFW. Which they are, technically.

Anime section's only purpose would be to contain the anime so we don't have to look at it. Also it'd be a thread. Also it isn't actually happening.

Now that you mention it, I think the legal thing is a good point. It may be better to restrict it to PM's (at least as far as I'm concerned, PM's are totally removed from the forum, nobody is even aware of their existence unless it is explicitly stated). It would also remove the need for moderation? (I don't really know how moderation works in regards to PMs)

NSFW content is defined as anything R rated and above. Perhaps you mean stuff that would be embarrassing to show co-workers, fellow students.

I don't know if America is strict on this stuff or whatever but I don't get in trouble for viewing FMA at my school or things with blood/gore(not real life gore though). I had a job (at a sears store for anyone wondering) and they honestly don't care as long as it's not during a period you're supposed to work.

Its pretty bad that an Xbone has my favorite games, and would cost less than what a PC required to play said games would take. (Of course, I don't play Multiplayer, so not counting Xbox live)
