Not sure "intimidated" is the word you're looking for. Try one of these: traumatized, scarred, confused, horrified, or "made mentally destitute".

I've had a question about the Avali race for awhile now: how do their 'neural jack' implants (if that's correct) work when connecting to the Nexus (again, correct me if I'm wrong)? Also, how is the information presented to the user?

 

I suppose its knd of like Virtual Reality.
