Closed Forever loading

I started trying to make some mods, and the game worked fine (the mods didn't) until I put a mod and the game stayed in loading forever (like for 2 hours). I tried it many times, I even uninstalled it and installed again, but still doesn't work...

 

The mod is malfunctioning. starbound.log will tell you in exactly what way it is malfunctioning.

 

I deleted the mod already. But I still can't play. halp.

 

when you uninstall in steam also delete the folder in steam\steamapps\common\starbound completely

 

Shush. We want to teach people how to solve problems WITHOUT just deleting the entire game.


Read starbound.log, it will tell you what's going wrong.

 

Meh, I already did that before he told me. I just copied my player and that's it. Thanks for your time, and never NEVER make mods.

 

I'mma follow this up with:

Don't make mods right now if you're unfamiliar with JSON and/or LUA, and how to debug them. Wait until the next phase, at least.
