I saw this post and about had a seizure........ but then I continued to express joy and spam all of my friends with hype.

 

How big is the download likely to be?

Looking forward to finally getting my hands on the beta!

 

Nothing atm, but the Race Armour will be different, as Stuff lie the Glitch when WEARING the full set of it, will let the player Dig Faster, etc etc, but each race can wear another race Armour, not just their own.

It's late and i'm tired so i apologize if this has already been answered.
Where will i be able to report bugs that my companions and I observe while on my server? I'd like to be able to give a lot of accurate feedback via an easy to read conduit.

 

Odds are even if lan is in it, you'll be forced to be online anyways, due to Steam and the fact that it's the best way to get continual updates quickly.

I'm also looking forward to killing some of the giant flies that Leth "eep"d about

 

I'm just happy that my estimations that I made myself were horribly wrong about the beta release date.

Well, now I can prepare my mind and body for the Progenitor stage.

 

that sucks to hear bro, just know that at least no matter how much it sucks to be laid off during the holidays at least you wont be alone, i am on my last two weeks before they let me go as well, so at least make the best out of a shitty situation by playing Starbound while looking for another job lol

 

Staff said earlier in the post that the armor set racials won't be there yet. They'll probably be added in a later phase of the beta.

 

What versions of Mac OS will be supported? I'm running 10.6.8. on an old duel core model. I keep reading about how Starbound it being programed to run on low speck machines, but nothing about which OS version are supported.

Please allay my anxiety.

 

I'm pretty sure by 'Mac' they're talking about all versions of the OS.

EDIT: Also, here's an interesting scenario:

• There are two players: Player A and Player B. Both have their ships orbiting around the same planet.
• Player B gets on Player A's ship.
• Player A flies their ship to another planet with Player B on board.

Now, how will the Player B get back to their ship?

 

How often should we expect our games to crash? How much (or little) optimizing has been done? I have to monitor my clogged laptop's temperature to play Terraria without the risk of having it black out, so how intense will this game be on my computer?
