I THINK all that does is make Notepad the default program to open those with - it shouldn't actually alter the files or file types. As long as it works in-game, everything should be fine

I had this happen to me. Basically, you just accidentally made Notepad the default program to open xnbs. No biggie, since you normally can't open them anyway. You can either leave it like that, or undo it. I think I know how to undo it if you Windows 10? EDIT: So, apparently I didn't read the two replies ahead of me. Derp. Anyway, if you want to undo it, I might still be able to help if you have Windows 10.
The horses are adorable =) I love the film Spirit, and since you did his recolor so wonderful do you think you could do one for Rain (the female horse he falls in love with) too? ^^
This is really awesome! The only problem I have is that with the shiny ponyta it isn't a exec file or whatever so I can't switch out my horse with it. I've been trying to convert it but I can't seem to find any .xnb converters! **I'm on a Mac and I have no idea how to do these things
I have no idea how mods work on Macs but maybe this post will help you: http://community.playstarbound.com/threads/i-can-haz-mac-mods-plz.120717/#post-3011329 These mods are all .xnb files and, on PC at least, are a simple case of replacing the vanilla file.
I know about how to do all that, but the horse's file is different than the dogs's ones. I need one like this.
That's just a zip file that contains the xnb file plus a readme? If for some reason you need a zip file can you not just zip it yourself? No idea how Macs work lol
Yeah, half the time i don't either, but apparently thats what it needs because on macs we can't use stuff like WinZip and i haven't found barely any programs online
