will not load steam workshop mods

    I purchased starbound no steam a while ago and I love the game but I went to Alaska and there were some problems with the computer but it we fixed it and when I tried to play starbound it wouldn't load so I had to run it as an admin on my computer but now anything from steam wont load like the work shop but strbound unstable works fine. any help
