Where Do You Sell Items/Blocks?

I discovered that a refinery only allows you to sell ores, so where do you sell stuff like techcards? I see the price but don't know where to sell it, thanks. [Not to other players, but like a machine]

 

u can't sell it to something you created, unless u used /spawnnpc to create it. u can sell it to npcs and the Outpost shops

also, only use the "bug/issue" tag for glitches or exploits

NPC Merchants - Everything
Refinery - Ores
Terramart Shipments - Mostly Mob Drops and crops

I hav a weird glitch that keeps happening causing it to look like i put 2 of the same post, so i didn't know i actually did. srry
