When Do We Get To See Some Gameplay?

I don't want to sound unpatient or something along that line, but when do you think (the devs) could we get to see Starbound in action in a short gameplay video or something? I still can't really imagine how exactly this is going to look.

 

I'd love to know this as well.

 

Yes, when they're ready, that's obvious. =) But maybe they could give us some kind of estimation when this could be. If they don't have a clue themselves, I would be fine with it aswell, just a question. =)

 

I actually kinda prefer the speculation.

 

As they appear to be doing a weekly Dev Blog on the Playstarbound.com site, maybe we will get some video explanations of features, such as world wrapping, building, the methods for interstellar travel and what not.

 

I would expect to see atleast some gameplay during the next month.

 

I think they said they wanted to get some key features in before showing any video. If I recall correct.

I agree with the others, probably not for a little while. At the moment, if they put out a video then I imagine it would just be to show how fast characters run currently, and how high they jump currently. And maybe a new arrangement of blocks as well.

 

Sooner the better, but a month sounds about right. Late March/early April is what I would guess.

 

We'll get to see it when Spacepigs walk.

 

Id like to see some sort of quick trailer at the least. Showing off some of the game mechanics. by next month.

Well I hope they've been working on it for a while and release it soon and have not just started working on it and will release it in a month xD
