Closed When beta will be released?

If you haven't been reading up on the daily update it seems that by doing this they might be preparing for something(or it could bean there updating us to update us)
but to me it means there preparing for something!

 

And I'm a Gentleman Scientist. I will just go and get my Science Machine and my Alchemy Engine to conquer it all with the power of my mind, brb.

 

I keep up to date. But it's unlikely for a beta to be released until the flesh and works of flesh is destroyed.

I love the main page updates on the status of the game development, but Just a simple ETA from the devs would be great! Not just guesses. I would be happy just hearing something about the release of the beta. I can wait a few more months, but at least tell us, it's gonna be a few more months.

I mean it is a beta, it's not supposed to be perfect.

 

Yes it's not supposed to be perfect but it has to be playable. The Roadmap of Starbound has many things not even past 50%.

Judging by all the progress made in the past few weeks, I'll make an estimate of about 1-2 months at the most. Everything is just being implemented/finished (except for somethings like vehicles etc.) and by the videos and streams, it looks almost good enough for a beta to be released soon.

I think beta is gonna be in 3 months(or 2) and Full game in 6 months

(btw they JUST started deeply into the combat system so it will be a LONG time)

 

I'm not saying they can't estimate. I'm just saying don't put estimants which you think the beta will be released.
