   Necros are generally permitted if the thread is still relevant and the necro itself is on-topic. I'd consider it passable in this case, since watering is still present in the game, despite a late-game option to bypass it.
   
   That said, please don't go off-topic to call out necros. Report them if they don't meet the above guidelines.
