Judging by the video it didn't seem like there was to much limitation to the amount of water confined to one space, When he broke it it practically flooded the whole room. Ill look up the real physics of water to find out the realistic amount of water can be confined to one space without changing form.

 

Screw flashlights I'll bring a friggin' full blown submarine with machine guns!

 

Well i soon found out that you would need an insane amount of pressure to put it into its minimalist amount of space and potentially create a singularity that, and it seems silly even in science fiction.
