Vehicles Factory & New System !

its either that is pimp car or either that hte road is super bumpy that make cars fly.

Anyway I think they are missing the flying vehcials now, need all 3 in needs.

you can't. it's just planning so far. to be honest i don't think it'll be more than that, especially since CF is making this an in-game reality. eventually.

Who need the car when you have flying boat?

 

Hey that is magical starbound boat!

 

This needs to happen. Literally the greatest idea ever. Though in my opinion the vehicle factory would look something more like a giant 3D printer. For example Here is a Vehicle Factory from a game I play where the vehicles are 3D printed onto the battlefield.

Vehicles

Up until this point vehicles in Starbound have been using the tech system. That means vehicles were merely extensions of the player, with their movement entirely being controlled client side. This system had a great number of limitations. With the combat update we’re introducing true vehicles into Starbound. Much like the weapon system, vehicles are scriptable, they also exist server side as an entity separate to, but controlled by players. This means multiple players can enter the same vehicle, players can leave their vehicles to sit in a garage persistently and vehicles can have their own health, collisions and so on.

To start with we’ll be adding a handful of finely tweaked vehicles. But again we haven’t just built some vehicles, we’ve built an entire system so both the developers and modders can add new, completely unique vehicles quickly and easily.

Besides these features, the combat update contains a great deal of miscellaneous additions and fixes. More than I can list here.

A modder should try to do this Vehicle Factory - we have already the XS Mechs that are great ( http://community.playstarbound.com/resources/xs-mechs-vehicle-edition.3407/ ) and combined with ZZ Mec Modifications ( http://community.playstarbound.com/resources/zz-mech-modifications.3960/ ) it boost the stuff up

Imagine to have those Vehicle Crafting Factory then combined with the modification shop !

Added new vehicle suggestions, removed / reworked the past mechanics that are no more in Vanilla 1.0 and added new kind of Boats ( Fishing, Cargo, Combat, Yacht ) that we can craft

 

You know there is already a bulldozer mod. it is good for clearing out flat areas for building and, where did you get the gif with the car, the pic of the jeep, and the weird looking boat?
