    There are quite a few guides for making your own (better) trackballs which can, of course, be left-handed. Once your current one breaks (which I hear happens every couple years or so with them), you could salvage the internals and make it anew.

    The mouse is actually a file scrolling mouse, it is used to easily get through files or even code. It is not a gaming mouse though
