Modding Help Trying to use Pinfriend as a ship pet for custom race, how do I make it not take damage?

Pretty much like the title says, I wanted to have my custom race mod have a dog as their ship pet, and Pinfriend is already in the game so I figured that would work fine. But when I change the ship pet to Pinfriend, he still takes damage. Just curious as to how I could change that. And thanks in advance for any help!

 

Rather than change that, copy over an existing ship pet and tweak it to use the necessary sprites. That way it is already set up exactly how a ship pet should be set up.

Best way to do something, whenever possible, is to find something that already does what you want, or close to it, and copy it, and repurpose it. No need to reinvent the wheel.
