Closed Tooltips on hover

    Since not all icons are 100% speaking for themselves it would be really good to have tooltips when hovering with the mouse over icons. This includes the stat icons on the inventory page, the icons on the UI (including health bar and whatever the bar below it is)

    I'm guessing this is something that's planned anyhow, but especially since many things are new, it would be great to get a little heads up info on what one's looking at.
