Hardly anything new. Activity goes through peaks and troughs, increasing around major updates. It'll pick up again eventually, especially when we start hearing more about console releases. Also, please note that the Hangout Threads subforum is only used for clans and social groups. I've moved this thread to General Discussion.
You haven't posted a single status, and your previous post was in March, I'd hazard a guess that you're simply not looking in the right places. But, well, feel free to prove me wrong.
I wake up every morning with anywhere between 5 all the way up to 25 alerts average, plus any conversation messages... It's all a matter of participation. If you actively seek it, there's almost definitely something to do here.
Not really. Lots of people still visit and post, so you can't really say it's 'dead' when there's obvious activity. It's certainly a quiet period, since it's been a while since a major update. But it'll pick up again.
There's a difference between leaving and coming back with few alerts and a forum being dead. Back when I was more active, I would get 15-25 alerts daily. Now I get 4 or 5 every few days. It's just a matter of being active, which a few people have already said.
