I've seen people post about missing badges in there, but you might be redirected to contacting someone who can verify that you ordered the diamond tier. It's definitely a good place to start though.
Thanks Mopy, I'll give that a try. For some reason I haven't been able to upload a new avatar - it just stayed as my old Halloween avatar. Now I'm using my gravatar instead, which seems to work, so now you can see my Christmas-themed image! Woo.

Goodnight all, today was a good day for the server. While we still do have to deal with the memory leak, it appears the server can handle a lot of players with only occasional lag. Faction leaders should also get going on their faction buildings when they can.
The research faction building is well on it's way, but I could use more resources if anyone has any to spare.
I'm looking for nicer building materials like brick and glitch stone. My knowledge of available building resources is limited to tier one crafting and exploring.
