I enjoyed 3....
Until the final battle

Only final battle that I've had to grind for at all

 

I actually didn't have a large amount of trouble with the final battle., but I do a lot of natural grinding when I play RPGs, especially classic ones. I remember surviving by the skin of my teeth, though. I'm pretty sure I only had one or two party members standing by the time I finished. A LOT of healing and reviving.

 

Third FF game is actually pretty notorious for how aggravating the final boss is...

That being said

I'd rather the aggravating boss over the disappointing one, like in 2.

You can do that in your role PM during Days.

 

Ryast, Voiditect(or whoever Vurrunna's replacement is) or FranticLibra. The first two were off wagon while others on wagon are pretty town, and Frantic was only the hammer on Jimlad. If 611's info is true, I'm somewhat inclined to believe the other messenger is a penguin, but there's a nagging part of me thinking it was Zebe's way of essentially including a slightly more powerful vanilla townie.

I'm off to work for 8 hours, so I won't have much more to contribute. I personally think it's worth going with the info and lynching Ryast, but I'd be perfectly fine with lynching the other two in that order of suspicion(unless Voiditect completely undoes Vurrunna's behavior).
