I have too many memorable experiences from playing Mafia and it's spinoffs to not want in on the next run, please let me know if/when this is happening again.

One role that could open up some fun interactions would be the Survivor. Special role with no allies, the only goal is to be alive at the end, they can win with anyone. Their ability is being able to negate death on only one night of the Survivor's choice, because they come prepared with some emergency medical supplies and a nice protective vest.

 

Ok, noted this! I don't really know when the next game will happen, but there will be one for sure. Sometime Soon™ anyway.

And yeah, Survivor. That'd make a nice addition, so suggestion added to the list!

 

Who'd be interested in another, Stardew Valley-themed round of The Penguin Games?

I'd love to play! But I don't know anything about Stardew Valley.

 

Not a problem! The only real difference from past Penguin Games is that the roles will be named after SDV characters.

 

You don't need to know, it's just a theme, like a design scheme.

 

Yep, the mechanics will still be the same as regular old TPG. (Not TPG3 though, that was political Mafia. Not exactly the same)

 

@Surenu Hello! You're gonna see me spamming the daylights with messaging everyone and seeing if they'll join, but we're all her while it prepares, Miss Alkane will tag us when things start moving, please ask any questions you want!

 

For timezone questions, I'm thinking of having the day cycles last two days instead of just one, so we can be sure everybody has time to reply.

 

To be honest, I'm here most of the time, so a 24 hour cycle wouldn't cripple me that much, I just wanted to mention it I guess.

How are roles determined?

 

I'm ready whenever, I'll get reading.

 

I'll choose the roles. Probably will randomly assign them this game (they've been picked by me based on the players in previous games, but I don't think I'll really know a lot of you this game). I have a "possible role list" for this game that includes only a few of the roles, I'll post that once I make the game thread.

I was invited to join, but I've never had fun on these types of games. But this might be fun to watch, so I think I'll go ahead and watch. (and like.)
