The damage ownership needs to be addressed to fix the pvp weapon exploits

I am really getting sick and tired of the sheer number of weapons that simply bypass the nopvp flag and can be used to indiscriminately murder players in what should be safe zones. i am kinda disgusted that i am forced to resort to hacked armor and game trainers in order to simply walk around in town without fear of some exploit weapon. I am being forced to essentially cheat because the pvp system doesent seem to know whether or not certain projectiles are coming from a player or a monster.

pvp vs no pvp needs to be absolute. All damage types need to have an owner but main issue and the biggest exploit for bypassing nopvp is projectiles spawning projectiles. once a projectile spawns a child object the child object doesent appear to have an owner and so it is considered environment or npc damage rather than player to player damage.
