I make a huge city on my barren planet, but i dont want it to be dark and gloomy abandoned like a ghost town. I want it to make lively, but look like how it looked before. The only way to do that is using colony deeds, which make my city uglier because they are big and very visible.

Thats why i suggest Tenant Spawners!

    Items that would get added:

Villager Spawner - Spawns a villager tenant on clicking anywhere
Merchant Spawner - Spawns a merchant tenant on clicking anywhere
Chef Spawner - Spawns a chef tenant on clicking anywhere
Guard Spawner - Spawns a guard tenant on clicking anywhere

If you want, you can make it not anywhere but requiring furniture. You can make the mechanics and AI same as Colony Tenants, but without the colony deeds! For example:

If you will click with it on where it is not enclosed, without light or furniture, your character will say "Cannot spawn tenant, please enclose the building and add light in it"
If you will click with it on where it is valid, then it will spawn tenant same as colony deeds depending on the furniture.
If furniture required for merchant is in the building, and clicked with spawner, a merchant will spawn and make it his/her home.

If you will use the colony deed mechanic, there will be only one item:

    Tenant Spawner

Of course to get the spawners, bought in frogg furnishing.

Thats all, hope i explained it the best.
