Not sure if this would be in NPCs or mechanics...so...yeah, put it here. I think he should be able to charge rent to people who live in our cities or buildings. Not on the ship, since they would likely be the crew. Or maybe at least a discount for their services if you own the place. I'm not saying Taxes would be without cost. It might cause some NPCs to become upset or leave if they are too high, for example. And MAYBE to counter balance it maybe have certain crew members need pay before they do their work.
