hey, new to forums. not much of a modder. i know how to a point but i focus more on making games run on a 1ghz dual core 4 gig ram w\ integrated graphics. ive come a long way and its comletely layable for me now. iver removed alot of animation images, adjusted some paralax and adjusted some of the effects.
what i need help with is:
    1. what woulld be best on the smear and life of block rendering?
    2. the world template has a cache size of 50k, woud it benifit me to change that?
    3. a little suggestions on the lighting config maybe? im not good at lighting.

apologies if i put this in the wrong place or whatever. im new to forums in general. first time posting on one in over 5 years.....
thx for any info, good or bad.
ive fot it playable eccept in the gate town thing. which its playable, its just 10 or so fps. blegh. and large bases with alot of people slow it down,.
adding, any suggestions on making ppl less resource pulling?
i dont mind trees falling slow, but 5-10 fps in hub town sux

I believe people have solved this in the past by lowering the frequency of NPCs "updating" (checking the status of their surroundings). There's a mod out there somewhere that does this but I can't seem to find it at the moment.
