Stuck on the fence! (literally)

I just finished upgrading to the Big Barn, and now every morning I go out, three of my cows (It's always three) are stuck together in a group on the fence clipping over one another. The first time it happened, I had to remove the fence and replace it, this time the fence would not come up, and when I went to get closer my character got stuck too! I had to reboot! Halp!
