Bug/Issue Stuck on Getting Started Quest Please Help

I already activated and used the teleporter on my home planet to get to the outpost...but it says I am still on the quest Getting Started, with description "Find the source of the mysterious message" Another thing to note is I have the quest "Boot Up" already completed..I am not sure what to do I believe the cause was I used the character and joined my friends server and we completed the quest. I went back to playing by myself and I went to complete the quest but it wouldn't complete itself please help because I am stuck from advancing down the main quest line. PS I have 38 ruby crystals and I can already successfully teleport to the outpost.

 

IIRC you can just re-do the first mission, the lunar base. It should retrigger things to get the outpost back where it should be.

 

Do you know how I can restart that mission?

 

Same way you started it before. From your ship's SAIL computer.
