Don't rush yourself with it, wouldn't want to impose or anything. As for the other part, that's entirely up to you, though I would probably prefer chest up if you want to go full body that is great too.
Oh nonononono. No rush at all! I like to keep a fast pace *then I'll improve faster too* I usually go full body by default, but chest up is perfectly fine! It leaves more detail for facial features/armor detailing.
