Well you've probably known her longer than me anyway. I don't know you at all though.

 

You can never really know somebody based off of the public engagements you have over an internet forum. It takes talking to them about things, anything, to see more than the projected one dimensional persona that we all seem to have on this site. You'd never REALLY know me unless we got together in a steam chat, or a skype call, and actually talked. Too many people on these forum sites make the mistake of claiming that they "know" someone, or "hate" someone, or even that someone is their "friend" without actually knowing anything about the real person behind the username.

But you actually bring up a good point that I agree with.

 

Me and you have talked outside of the forum, but I still wouldn't say I know you. Theres still a lot for me to find out.

 

I shouldn't have to say that knowing someone proper takes more than the occasional exchange of two or three messages sent only once every few days or weeks.
