Starbound needs a public access dedicated server depot on steam

Currently the dedicated server depots on Steam require purchasing the game. Valve recommends that you use a separate account for dedicated servers, so this would require purchasing a second copy of the game for running a remote dedicated server.

Also, currently people who purchase the game through GoG cannot easily run a remote dedicated server without a steam subscription to the game, or uploading the entire game and running the server from the files included in the game, and dedicated servers cannot auto update themselves unless it has a steam account with the game purchased.
