Bug/Issue SpawnLiquid/DestroyLiquid returning false positives over rails

    When I call either of these with a position overlapping a rail tile, they return a liquidlevel with the relevant data without actually spawning or removing the liquid. Happens 100% of the time if overlapping on composite, rusty and custom rails. Script is attached to a vehicle (copy of railplatform) Starbound v1.2.3b on windows 7, only mod running is my Enhanced Rails, but it only adds new items, not modify any existing tiles.
