Modding Help [SOLVED] New chest random crash?? Help!

So I just created a new chest based on the original code from the game itself but I think i have done a good enough of a job changing it but I can place the new item into the world but whenever I try to open it, it randomly quits my game :/ please help if you know.

Willing to post code if needed...

 

I'd say you need to post your code, or find a logfile that could tell us what went wrong.
