i tried to install that but i play on a mac and couldn't figure out how to install it. i'm completely new to all the modding i tried running it in wine just now but i got this. i can't even click on 'ok' because the window is too long for my screen
there are no instructions. i looked at the discussion on the mod page and you said there to just install it like any other smapi mod. which, as far as my knowledge goes, is just putting the unzipped folder in the mods folder. i could very well be wrong, though.
I got Entoarox, put the files in the MODS folder. And I get this when I try to load my game. So I can't login on my saved game due to this. So, is there any way to un-adopt pets once you've gotten them? xD I got a little too excited so I kind of adopted more pets than I actually wanted..
IIRC, the only way to get rid of any of the pets you've adopted through MorePets is the debug mode command "kill_pets", which will get rid of all but your original pet (the one Marnie brought you). I don't believe there's a way to abandon individual pets from this mod at this time.
@vhedelin This is a good suggestion actually to make a command or a key code to Put a Pet up for Adoption. Which could be added to the SDV Expansion Mod to make like an animal Shelter for the pets to go to and the Villagers can go and adopt haha
Per these suggestions, I will see about adding a command that makes it so the first MorePets pet you click on after triggering it gets removed. I will try and work on a more immersive way of putting pets up for adoption, but that will probably take quite a bit of framework since there currently is no immersive way of handling all that.

You don't have to be rude about it. I'm new to this. I don't understand a lot of the jargon yet. Instead of treating me like I'm stupid for being new, maybe you should consider that maybe the "obvious problem" is only obvious to you because you have a better idea of what you're doing. I didn't know what I was looking at. To me, it was a wall of red text that stressed me out. "EntoaroxFramework" just looks like jargon that I couldn't possibly recognize. SO when I did browse through the thread, I didn't see anything relating to my problem..... Because I didn't know what my problem was. I was stressing out because of this and so I decided to ask for help. I'm sorry you get a lot of people asking for help with this sort of problem, but not all of them are lazy and not all of them deserve to be treated like crap simply for asking a question.
