Skippable Cutscenes

Could we please get a "Skip" button for that cutscene that Esther gives you when you first reach her after getting the 20 core fragments?

It's cool the first couple times we see it, but the 10th+ character later, it really gets old and I just wish I could skip it as it is rather long and there's no way to speed it up or skip it or anything.

 

I'd agree with this. It's got to the point where I press every button on the keyboard just so I can get the mission over with and pretend it never happened.

There's a mod for that.

Although, I agree it should have been part of vanilla.

 

So I realize this thread is old information, but someone threw a like on it, and for that person, I'd like to update the thread:

There IS a mod as @greenwiz29 says and it is titled simply "Skippable Cutscenes" that works very well (even though it is hilariously old and outdated it still works fine).

But yes as stated earlier in the thread, it really should be a part of vanilla. But thankfully, it is easy enough to mod.
