Server Help Server Worked Now Doesn't

So I booted the server the first time and it work me and some friends played for an hour or so then took a break. Now when I boot the server up the boot process looks for files in the wrong directory. It is looking into the second drive on my computer the E: drive for files when everything is installed on the C: drive. When I search for a SteamWorks folder the whole thing doesn't exist on my computer. So is it try to create on or what?

Edit 1. I am going to delete the files of my computer and re-download it to see if that fixes it. I appear to not be the only one with this problem.

Edit 2. Re-downloading the game worked I can now boot up a fresh server going to play on it a bit and see if once I close it the error returns.

Edit 3. Played for a while got to basically where I was before the error and then turned the server off. Booted it back up and it works like normal. Not sure what caused the original error but if I see it again I'll report back.

Though this was "fixed" I find deleting the whole game to really not be a solution...

 

i would say to find those files (starbtreenode etc.) then validate files.
