Server Help Server lag only for host?

    Having a bit of an issue. I've set up a server with my roommate for ourselves and friends. The friends connecting to the server say they have no lag at all, but both my roommate and I have a bit of lag and delay when playing the game. Does anyone know of any potential fixes or have any guesses as to what the problem could be? All computers are plugged directly into the router, nothing is wireless here.

    Latest patch (Yesterday Night) caused servers to become very cpu intensive, we are hoping this will be fixed very soon :)
