[Request] Less tilled soil decay

I have the problem that the tilled soil vanishes very quickly if I'm not planting anything on it. That is especially irksome with soil that I had fertilized or if I want to plan my farming crop layout days ahead of planting.
Is there a way to built in less soil decay on the farm or just no decay for fertilized soil? Something like that.
Appreciate anyone who can help out.
