Bug/Issue Rail sensors don't seem to work in both directions

Please look at the attached .gif. I have 4 rail sensors on this rail system. Interestingly, the other two rail sensors work fine in both directions. This pair however doesn't. I have replaced them, moved the rails around... whatever rail sensor I place there, they will only trigger when the platform goes from left to right.

Due to the 10MB attachment restriction, I had to scale the .gif down a bit, but with the above explanation you should be able to see what's going on

 

I am also experiencing the rail sensor not working,I am getting no pulse in both directions of the rail passing. My set up is a single vertical elevator with a switch at each end to send the platform up or down, with a single Rail Sensor in the middle attached to an Outpost Wall Light (2)
