Bug/Issue Quickbar Error

I restarted Starbound cause of lag. Then when I got back into my game, the right side icons were different. There was a Quickbar added that included the Matter Manipulator and the manipulator was badly glitched. I cannot upgrade it properly. Was there a recent update that would of made this happen or what is wrong? https://ibb.co/gyg2c5

 

That looks like you're having issues with Startech's latest update, which adds a quickbar. That update makes Startech incompatible with most other matter manipulator-modifying mods, so I recommend that you check whether you have both Startech and another mod that manipulates the matter manipulator upgrade interface installed.
