Tutorial Possible Starbound Launch Fix

If anyone's having persistent issues with Starbound refusing to launch, then look through your launch options and delete anything that could be in it. I found out that having -textmode in there was making the launcher refuse to run, so maybe that could be what's giving a lot of people issues.

I do not understand this issue. I had a launch issue, game opened then immediately closed after. Some weird error. Deleted a bunch of stuff, uninstalled then reinstalled. Did not work. Did the same thing again and now Starbound works. So just try uninstalling/reinstalling and make sure there is nothing conflicting from previous patches/states of the game? Thats my two cents anyway.

Some of the issues are C++ related so you may have to update that or something (see other threads) but I use Mac OSX so I could not run the .exe. Really weird.
