We all suck at something I guess... mspaint is excellent when it comes to pixel art and stuff though and the 60 guns that were on the gif have been ripped and displayed some of them are a bit dodgy... I tried my best though
The problem there is that most SB tiles are "variants" so its almost impossible to get them all and place them correctly when making stuff. ;-;
I agree with that one actually, that image took me forever to make...and attempting to get the avian bricks and what not was a nightmare, so I didn't bother with them. If you can be pro enough though, you could attempt to beat my image lol (i joke)
Nice joke! I'm not even going to TRY to touch tilesets for SB. Its nuts, one of the devs explained to me how all the variant stuff works, and lets just say. No two planets will look the same. >_>;;;
I read the post from the IRC on GitHub (via reddit). Starbound will be very difficult to do custom textures for. From what I could tell Kyren said that they put together four or five different textures for each tile! That is gonna make the worlds beautiful.

I will do this as soon as I get on to my own computer, although it will only be a default character or Epsilon Eagle pushing
