Bug/Issue Player cannot leave the barn due to obstruction

I was able to site a barn such that a large stump prevented the player from leaving the barn area. I was able to enter the barn, but while I could exit the barn by going south, I was immediately blocked by the presence of a large stump (that required a copper axe to break, which I did not have on me at the time). My only available move was to go north back into the barn.

My suggestion is have the "preview" option is to have boulders, stumps and other obstructions prevent the barn from being located when the player's route would be completely obstructed.

A proposed fix I had in mind would be for CA to change the building's footprint to include an extra tile (or more, in the case of the Stable) in front of where the door will be. This would prevent people from making the mistake of placing their building right at the pond's edge, something that I see often.
